Team D-Style DIY Center Tensioner Pulley

Things you need tensioner, long screw, sleeves and a pulley

Here's the stock HB Cyclone tensioner

Remove the lock nut and bearing tensioner

Assemble them together with pulley (R40 gear set) by inserting the bearings both sides of the pulley

Here's the pulley with the tensioner post assembled do not overtighten the lock nut

I'm using a direct center pulley shave down on one side
