Team D-Style DIY Center Tensioner Pulley Things you need tensioner,
long screw, sleeves and a pulley

Here's the stock HB Cyclone tensioner

Remove the lock nut and bearing tensioner

Assemble them together with pulley (R40 gear set) by
inserting the bearings both sides of the pulley

Here's the pulley with the tensioner post assembled do
not overtighten the lock nut

mounted on the top deck

Option 2 DIY tensioner pulleuy without the bearings
I'm using a direct center pulley shave down on one side

Assembled center DIY tensioner just keep the lock nut a
little loose.
